Frequently asked questions
Can you put diesel in a Polestar 3?
There is no diesel engine or tank. Diesel in the charge port or coolant reservoir is a contamination repair, not a tank drain job.
What USIFDA method applies to Polestar 3 fuel contamination?
Conventional fuel drain methods do not apply. Follow Polestar fluid and HV service procedures.
Is Polestar 3 warranty affected by pouring gas into the charge port?
Yes. Fluid misuse and contamination are excluded from warranty; HV components may require replacement after inspection.
